Millennium Hotels & Resort's Appoints New GM, North America

April 28, 2010 - Millennium Hotels & Resorts announced today the appointment of Earl Nightingale as the new General Manager of the Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago. In his new role, Nightingale will be responsible for overseeing all business aspects of the hotel and report directly to Greg Ade, Senior Vice President, M & C Hotels.

Nightingale joins the Millennium team with over 34 years of experience, 24 of them as a general manager. Previously with Omni Hotels & Resorts where he worked in a corporate assigned capacity, Nightingale managed 4 different properties while developing strategic business plans to expand the company's holdings and portfolio.

With diverse experience, Nightingale served as the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts quality assurance leader supervising the operating standards of over 36 Hyatt facilities and developing many of the company's best practices. Contributing at the highest levels within the Hyatt organization, Nightingale has been acknowledged twice as general manager of the year.

Nightingale and his team were also honored with the exclusive Sales Team of the Year Award and acknowledged for his employee relations. As a mentor to numerous managers today, Nightingale takes pride in his properties and the team member associates he works with.
