June 22, 2010 - Christine Trimarco has been named Director of Meetings and Special Events Planning at the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester.

With more than 16 years experience in the hotel industry, Ms. Trimarco has served in positions ranging from Regional Sales Manager to Senior Meetings and Special Events Manager. She has been with The Ritz-Carlton since 2003.

Ms. Trimarco joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2003 as a Meetings & Special Events Manager in Boston, where she remained until 2007. Christine then traveled around the United States and held multiple positions as a Senior Meetings & Special Events task force manager in California, Louisiana, and Florida before she accepted a position as a Director of Meetings and Special events at The Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove, Florida.

Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Christine held various positions within the Marriott Organization. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from University of Hartford.

Trimarco said she is excited about joining The Ritz Carlton, Westchester's leadership team. “Westchester is a fantastic venue and I look forward to joining this very talented team of professionals here at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester,'' said Trimarco.
