August 19, 2010 - Total Experiences , the “high-touch,” complimentary trip planning service from Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood and all of Harrah's US-based resorts, is rolling out new culinary experiences for groups booking five rooms or more at their resorts. These experiences offer guests VIP access to a tasting palette of different opportunities including learning hands-on culinary techniques from the masters at world renowned Restaurant Guy Savoy; creating French cuisine Julia Child-style at Mon Ami Gabi Restaurant, and enjoying private party space at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab. For ease and convenience, Total Experiences Specialists will work with guests to handle every detail of their trip, including VIP access to accommodations, world-class entertainment, dining, spas, golf and more.

Total Experiences ' new culinary programs include:

• Restaurant Guy Savoy Cooking Experience at Caesars Palace : Guests will have hands-on cooking instruction at AAA Five Diamond Restaurant Guy Savoy, the chef's only outpost outside of France and winner of the Wine Spectator Grand Award. The two-hour session covers preparation of a Savory Dish - such as Vegetables Cannons, a melange of fresh and wild produce dressed up with foie gras and black truffles - and a Sweet Dish - such as Almond Biscuits with Milk Chocolate Truffles and Raspberry Marmalade. Guests will enjoy their culinary creations with wine, and will be given a collection of these recipes to take home. $170 per person.

• French Cooking Julia Child-Style at Mon Ami Gabi, Paris Las Vegas : Learn the art of classic French cuisine in the company of good friends - and great French wine. Start with a Wine/Tasting Cocktail Party led by one of the restaurant's engaging Wine Guides. Next, Executive Chefs will teach the art of cooking a three-course French meal with recipes inspired by and featured in the blockbuster movie “Julie and Julia.” Dishes are rotated seasonally in order to utilize the freshest ingredients. Sample menu items this fall include: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Gribiche Sauce; Celery Root Remoulade Roasted Prime Rib Roast with Root Vegetable; and Horseradish Cream Vanilla Crème Brulee. $50 per person, plus tax and service. 10 person minimum.

• Ultimate Game Time at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab Forum Shops at Caesars Las Vegas : For sport enthusiasts, get the ball rolling at the famous Joe's Stone Crab from South Beach, Miami. Gather your buddies in a private party space with a special menu of their renowned Florida stone crab claws, jumbo Alaska king crab legs, beer and cocktails, followed by selections from Joe's prime bone-in signature steak collection and legendary side dishes. Pair dinner with top-quality California Cabernet Sauvignon from Silver Oak, Jordan and Cakebread as well as single-malt Scotch selections from the Highlands to the Lowlands.
