JULY 22, 2005. Passkey has added a new Vice President of Marketing and Product Management to its leadership team in response to a surge its CVB, hotel and meeting planner customer base.

Sam Fahmy brings 16 years of robust management experience to Passkey's growing business, and his appointment represents Passkey's commitment to growing its business and expanding its market reach. Sam will develop and manage product and growth strategies to support Passkey's rapidly expanding business. Sam will also work closely with Passkey's diverse client base to ensure that current and future products continue to meet and exceed their business needs.

Prior to joining Passkey, Sam co-founded and led marketing, products and strategy at Bungo, an award-winning on-line software company. During his career at Bungo, Sam grew the company from concept into a venture-backed, high-growth software company with hundreds of thousands of users, a stellar list of Fortune 1000 customers and growing international presence.

Before Bungo, Sam was senior executive at Japonica Partners, a leading buyouts and management firm, where he was instrumental in several landmark transactions that netted over $2 billion in value for stakeholders. Sam spearheaded massive revenue and profit growth at Sunbeam, contributing to the spectacular 18-month turnaround and $1.2 billion initial public offering of the company. Sam started his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from American University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

"Passkey represents a great opportunity for growth," stated Sam Fahmy "The company's ability to drive group reservations to the web, and to connect meeting planners and attendees with CVBs and hotels in a real-time on-line environment is fast becoming the industry standard."

"We are excited to have Sam on our team" said Greg Pesik, CEO of Passkey. "Our rapid growth, particularly among meeting planners and hotels, will be accelerated by Sam's addition to our team."
