Raffles Hotel Le Royal Phnom Penh Appoints DoF&B
October 18, 2010 - Recently arrived from Raffles Hotel Singapore is new Director of Food and Beverage, Mr. Charles Demange. A French national, Mr. Demange graduated from Ecole d'Hoteliers Lausanne in 2006.
His career saw him soon accept positions in Asia, where he worked at Sofitel Hua Hin and then Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Vietnam. He was closely involved in developing new concepts as well as managing the day to day operations.
At Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, he will oversee all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations, including the on-property restaurants and legendary Elephant Bar, as well as the considerable amounts of outside catering in the country's capital.
