London, UK - February 21, 2011 - Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions Ltd (EasyRMS), provider of SaaS Revenue & Yield Management solutions to the global hotel industry, is very proud to announce a new Managing Director, Mr. Stan Van Roij , who boasts a 20+ year career, this entirely within hospitality & Revenue Management. Stan will be responsible for EasyRMS' global operations and will be based in the EasyRMS London offices.

Stan's impressive career began in the Netherlands, where he studied Hotel & Catering with an emphasis on Business Management. Since then he has worked his way up the managerial ranks for three major, global hotel chains as well as running his own Consultancy business. This has given him continued focus on the industry and, in particular, in the field of Revenue Management.

“I have always believed that Revenue Management is the key to success for any industry that offers perishable products, such as the hotel sector. Good Revenue Management - or better yet, Revenue Strategy - is crucial to maximising revenue opportunities from existing demand,” comments Stan.

A Dutch native and speaker of four languages, Stan spent the last six years in various managerial roles for NH Hoteles, most recently as Corporate Director of Revenue Management, where he was responsible for the total revenue strategy of all hotels in the group.

Prior to this, Stan advanced to Vice President of Revenue Development for Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts, and to Area Director of Revenue Management for Marriott Hotels International, in Frankfurt, following ten years with the international chain.

Such a successful career demonstrates Stan's dedication to the hotel industry as well as his succesful leadership and managerial skills. Stan possesses great financial acumen and global perspective; he is also a confident leader and a strategic business planner.

“This new role will allow me to apply my skills and experience to all the different areas I will be responsible for,” says Stan, “and I hope to help EasyRMS realise both their short- and long-term objectives. I'm sure I will miss certain aspects of working for a global hotel chain, but am also confident that these will be traded off by working with a great product, a great company and a great team of experts.”
