ACOM President, Eric Blanc, CMP Appointed Contributing Editor to the Hotel Business Review

Princeton Junction, NJ - March 8, 2011 - HotelExecutive.com, the leading online hotel industry business resource, announced ACOM President, Eric Blanc, CMP, who has 18 years of experience in the hospitality sector, has joined the editorial board of HotelExecutive.com as a contributing editor to the Hotel Business Review online journal.
Blanc is the President of the Association for Convention Operations Management (ACOM), an association dedicated to advancing the practice of convention services management in the meetings industry. In addition to his title with ACOM, he is also the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida, having previously served as Senior Convention Services Manager. He also served as the National Sales Manager of the Freeman Companies in Orlando, Florida.
Blanc is a Certified Meeting Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing from Florida State University. He also graduated from the International Association of Assembly Managers Public Assembly Facility Management School.
