Benchmark Appoints Donna Frost Director of HR Cheyenne Mountain

HOUSTON, TX, January 30, 2007. Benchmark Hospitality International has appointed Donna Frost director of human resources for Cheyenne Mountain Resort of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Laura Neumann, vice president and general manager, made the announcement.

"It is my pleasure to welcome Donna to Cheyenne Mountain Resort," said Ms. Neumann. "She brings to her new role nearly two decades of human resources leadership gained in the public and manufacturing sectors, along with 16 years in hotels and resorts."

Donna Frost returns to the hospitality industry after serving as human resources manager and director of safety for Adam Aircraft Industries in Pueblo, Colorado. She previously served as human resources manager for the Pueblo City County Library District.

Ms. Frost invested several years of her career in the hospitality industry. During this period, she worked with Doubletree Hotels as human resources director for the Antlers Doubletree Downtown of Colorado Springs. While there, Frost participated in a merger with Promus Hotel Corporation and then Hilton Hotels Corporation, and helped transition the team when the property was sold to Adam's Mark.

Frost also held the title of human resources director for Doubletree World Arena of Colorado Springs. She assumed additional responsibilities at the corporate level as task team member and trainer for affirmative action for 30 human resources directors during another period of ownership transition. For eight years, she worked for the Five Star/ Five Diamond Broadmoor Hotel as the Human Resources Manager.

Ms. Frost attended Pikes Peak Community College before earning her Bachelors of Science in Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified trainer and facilitator in the disciplines of Diversity, Sexual Harassment, Safety/Respirators, Management, Customer Service, and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).

She is active in civic organizations, including Leadership Pueblo, Emerging Leaders, and participates as co-chair of the Asian American Leadership Group of El Pomar Foundation. In addition, she actively participates with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation in helping to place people with disabilities. Ms. Frost resides in Pueblo, Colorado.
