Gaylord Palms Names New Executive Chef and VP Finance
KISSIMMEE, FL - June, 23, 2011 - Peter Daledda has been named Executive Chef and Timothy Lamb Vice President of Finance at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, announced Johann Krieger, Senior VP and General Manager.

Peter Daledda, Executive Chef
As executive chef, Daledda will focus on further developing the synergy between the resort's banquet team, culinary professionals and food and beverage outlets.
He will be responsible for maintaining the resort's high-quality level of banquet service as well as exploring new and creative ways to further personalize guest experiences in the resort's food and beverage outlets.
Daledda most recently served as executive sous chef at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. He brings with him more than 30 years of culinary experience in both the upscale dining and hotel industries to Gaylord Palms.
Timothy Lamb, Vice President of Finance
In his new position, Lamb will be responsible for the strategic planning of the resort's finances. He will manage financial operations and will serve a critical role in overseeing and protecting the resort's assets.
Lamb brings with him over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, 22 of them specific to the hotel industry. Prior to his appointment at Gaylord Palms, Lamb served as vice president of finance for the Boca Raton Resort and Club - a Waldorf-Astoria Resort.
