The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa Appoints Diana Rosure GM

RIVERSIDE, CA - July 8, 2011 - The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, the historic California landmark located 55 miles east of Los Angeles, has appointed Diana Rosure to General Manager. The 239-room, AAA Four Diamond property offers six dining venues, a state-of-the-art spa, the region's only on-property chapel, and 20,000 square feet of group space.

Rosure, who was first hired by The Inn in 2007, most recently served as the property's director of spa and retail. Under her supervision, Kelly's Spa, the Tuscan-Inspired full-service on property spa garnered the 2010 “Best Day Spa” on Good Day LA's Hot list and 2010 “Best of Inland Empire Spa.” Rosure's strong understanding of customer loyalty coupled with her creative expertise in creating value added luxury experiences brings a unique skillset to the property. In her new role, Rosure will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the hotel staff, operations, and guest accommodations.

Her near decade of experience spans luxury properties such as the Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, Calif. and the former Four Seasons Resort Aviara in Carlsbad, Calif. Previous duties include recruiting, training and developing new management teams; opening a new 21-room spa with a nail salon and fitness center; overseeing daily spa operations and wellness programs; and managing budgets.
