Benchmark Appoints Warren Breaux Corporate Director of National Sales

Leesburg, VA - September 16, 2011 - Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading US-based hospitality management company that manages Lansdowne Resort, has named Warren Breaux corporate director of national sales. Ted Davis, senior vice president of sales and marketing, made the announcement. Lansdowne Resort, a AAA, 4 Diamond award winner, is located in Loudoun County, Virginia and is 30 miles from Washington, DC and seven miles from Dulles International Airport.

"I am very pleased to announce Warren's promotion to national sales,” said Mr. Davis. “He has given our company many years of dedicated service and has done an excellent job at our east coast flagship, Lansdowne Resort. We welcome him to his new corporate-wide responsibilities.”

In his new role, Warren Breaux will lead all corporate national sales initiatives for the growing hospitality management company. This will include expanding Benchmark's national sales team, and adding sales positions in support of the company's aggressive expansion plans over the next few years.

Mr. Breaux was previously director of sales and marketing for Lansdowne Resort, Benchmark's east coast flagship. While in this position, Mr. Breaux was actively involved in a comprehensive repositioning of the resort, following a $60 million renovation.

Prior to joining Benchmark Hospitality, Breaux served as vice president of business development for Hyatt Hotels where he was responsible for the company's National Sales efforts. He has also held leadership positions at signature resorts in Nashville and New Orleans.

A former marine and Vietnam veteran, Breaux earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He is a member of ASAE, where he received the prestigious appointment as a lifetime Fellow - one of the first non-meeting planners to be so honored; HSMAI, where he sat on the board of directors; as well as PCMA; MPI; RCMA and IAEM. Mr. Breaux will operate out of offices at Lansdowne Resort. He resides in Chantilly, Virginia, with his family.
