Hank Wolpert Joins HREC Investment Advisors as VP in the Dallas Office

Denver, CO / Dallas, TX - September 12, 2012 - HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce that Hank Wolpert has joined the firm as Vice President in the Dallas, Texas office.

Prior to joining HREC, Hank was Senior Vice President for Colliers International Hotels (CIH) and its predecessor, PFK Capital in the Dallas-Fort Worth office. He performed acquisition and disposition brokerage, asset management and hotel advisory work. Over his 40-year career in the industry, Hank's extensive industry background has allowed him to have superior understanding of both individual assets and portfolios as well as their positioning, potential and upside value creation. Hank also served 15 years with Marriott Corporation and Sheraton Corporation in senior roles in operations, sales and marketing and was Senior Vice President of Development for Richfield Hospitality Services. He received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland. He currently holds a Texas real estate license and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
