Foremost Hospitality is Planting Two Trees with One Seed in Stuttgart

The hotel developer/operator Foremost Hospitality maintains expansion momentum in Germany

Berlin - November 20, 2012 - The hotel owner-operator Foremost Hospitality has secured a contract to manage not one, but two hotels in the sixth largest city in Germany: Stuttgart. Together with Kommunalprojekt PPP AG, Foremost Hospitality is doubling up in Stuttgart's vibrant city centre with a duet of Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton Hotels. Soon guests will be able to enjoy the comfort and service of big star hotels at affordable rates.

The 156 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Hotel and the 165 bedroom Hampton by Hilton Hotel are scheduled to commence construction in January 2014, making them Foremost Hospitality's 12th and 13th hotel in Germany. They will be housed in the same purpose-built building at the heart of the city, within walking distance to the city centre, main station as well as the renowned Schloßgarten.

“This is a substantial step forward for Foremost Hospitality and we are elated to add these high quality properties to our portfolio,” states Hubert van de Loo, Managing Director of Foremost Hospitality. “We have identified a number of other opportunities around the country which are very exciting for us and we are expecting to announce further additions to our portfolio soon,” he added.

Both non-smoking hotels will feature their brands' signature offerings, such as complimentary breakfast, a lounge bar, a business centre as well as modern amenities in the guest rooms such as flat screen TVs, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and power showers. The Hampton by Hilton will also provide a fitness area for the guests to enjoy. The hotels are designed and styled to appeal to both business and leisure travelers, offering best-in-class service and comfort.

This dual project is not Foremost Hospitality's first. The combination of Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn Express Hotels will make its debut in Nürnberg in 2014. Foremost Hospitality has signed multiple agreements with Hilton Worldwide to develop Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Germany and after Nürnberg and Stuttgart, Foremost is planning further two for one focused service hotel combinations of Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton in other major cities in Germany.
