November 27, 2012 - Riu Plaza Hotels has just launched its new Double-U® concept, an exclusive floor for women with special details, services and amenities. At the reception of the new Double-U floor, female guests will find healthy drinks and snacks, newspapers and magazines, Nespresso coffee, beauty products and a personalised service from its female 'Ambassador'. With this new feature, Riu Plaza Hotels completes its range of high quality services with an extra service designed to look after female travellers with special care, comfort and security.
As well as the private service, the rooms on the floor exclusively for women are equipped with a stretching and yoga kit, pillow menu, complementary premium minibar and room service with a Deli menu, as well as specific bathing facilities such as an illuminated facial mirror, padded coat hangers, scales, nail polish remover and the option to request a hair-dryer, straightening iron or professional curling tongs.
