Hal Leonard Named GM Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder and Homewood Suites Santa Fe-North
December 3, 2012 - Hilton Worldwide has announced the appointment of Hal Leonard as general manager of Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder and Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North. In his new position Leonard will oversee the day-to-day operations of the 395-room golf resort and casino as well as the 79-suite hotel. He will report directly to Area Vice President, Ben Fusco.

Leonard brings with him 17 years of successful senior management leadership skills with Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Hyatt and Harrah's Entertainment - including 15 years of general manager experience. He also served as a member of executive teams responsible for opening six domestic and three international hotels with Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton and Harrah's Entertainment.
Prior to this appointment Leonard was the vice president of lodging and property management with Utah's largest ski resort, Canyons where he oversaw the operations of three properties, Grand Summit Hotel, Silverado Lodge and Sundial Lodge.
Leonard received a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
