December 18, 2012 - MBA Hotel Brokers Inc, a member of Hotel Brokers International, announces Urmish Patel as a new associate broker to the company. Urmish Patel is responsible for the Birmingham, Alabama MBA Hotel Brokers office covering the southeast.
Urmish Patel holds a Real Estate Broker license in Alabama and Georgia. He has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry including operations and transactions as a Real Estate Licensee since 1989. Urmish is also experienced in hotel valuation and advisory services, and has the insight and experience to successfully guide buyers and sellers through difficult transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB).
