Newest Affordable Suites in Fayetteville NC Breaks Ground
January 22, 2013 - Affordable Suites announced the groundbreaking of the 49-room Affordable Suites of America in Fayetteville NC. The property is located at 4660 Lake Valley Dr, near Cross Creek Mall and operated by Affordable Suites of America. Construction is expected to be completed by early September.
Affordable Suites prototype boasts features designed for guests who need accommodations for an extended period of time, offering full kitchens, high speed internet access and separate living and sleeping accommodations. “We're excited about the new hotel that will be unveiled at the new Fayetteville location”, stated Chris Rutherford, Chief Operating Officer for Affordable Suites of America. Rutherford stated “Fayetteville is a healthy market with a client base that is a great fit for our product. “Our guests enjoy the accommodations which are typically much larger than a typical hotel room or many other extended stay hotels, and typically pay less than they would at other facilities” Rutherford continued. The new hotel will offer 32” Flat Screen LCD televisions in both the living and sleeping areas as well as a redesigned living area. The facility will also provide an on site guest laundry and exercise facility. The Affordable Suites Fayetteville NC represents the 19th location for the Affordable Suites brand.
