Foremost Hospitality is Expanding Its Hotel Portfolio Two Hotels at a Time

Hamburg is to receive two new hotels

Berlin - january 27, 2014 - The hotel operator Foremost Hospitality is continuing to expand by adding two hotels to the vibrant city of Hamburg with the help of Munich based developer Investa Immobiliengruppe. After Foremost Hospitality's success with their City Centre and Hamburg St.Pauli Hotels, Foremost Hospitality wants to add not only two more hotels but also introduce a new brand to the thriving metropolitan city.

The 161 bedroom Hampton by Hilton Hotel and the 104 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Hotel are scheduled to commence construction by the end of 2013, making them Foremost Hospitality's 13th and 14th hotels in Germany. They will be built side by side, within walking distance to the city centre, main station as well as many tourist attractions.
“We are very pleased to be moving forward so quickly with both Brands,” states Hubert van de Loo, Managing Director of Foremost Hospitality. “We believe that both brands will thrive in Germany's cities and we hope to announce many more developments in due course,” he added.

Both hotels will feature their brands' signature offerings, such as complimentary breakfast, a lounge bar, a business centre as well as modern amenities in the guest rooms such as flat screen TVs, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and power showers. The Hampton by Hilton will also provide a fitness area for the guests to enjoy. The hotels are designed and styled to appeal to both business and leisure travelers, offering best-in-class service and comfort.

This dual project is one of many being planned by Foremost Hospitality. The combination of Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn Express Hotels will make its debut in Nuremberg in 2014. Foremost Hospitality has signed a multiple development agreement with Hilton Worldwide to develop Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Germany. After Nuremberg, Stuttgart, and this project in Hamburg, Foremost is planning further two for one focused service hotel combinations of Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton in other major cities in Germany.
