In this role, Cordoba will oversee all culinary operations for the hotel and its signature restaurant, Six Seven, which features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest organic and naturally raised ingredients.

He was most recently at the Viceroy in Palm Springs, where he achieved success in his role as executive chef.
