CARMEL VALLEY, CA - October 27, 2104 - Tucked in the lush mountain valley between the Monterey peninsula and the Big Sur coast, the exclusive Bernardus Lodge & Spa today announced plans for a three-month, all-encompassing property restoration to the iconic resort destination. Project plans include upgrading luxury accommodations, creating a stunning new lobby space, reinventing the pool experience and refreshing the dining destinations.

The new decor will offer contemporary design elements, state of the art technology and spectacular new creative accents that match the beauty and charm of Carmel Valley. The renovation will begin December 1, 2014, with a projected re-opening date of February 15, 2015.
