JUPITER. FL - (February 27, 2015 - Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place today announced the opening of deep blu seafood grille, the upscale hotel's new signature restaurant and award-winning dining concept , under the direction of newly-appointed Chef de Cuisine, Thomas Op't Holt.

Chef Op't Holt brings eight years of culinary experience and a lifetime of passion for food to Jupiter's emerging dining scene. Focusing on simple, fresh ingredients, Chef Op't Holt's culinary direction will guide deep blu kitchen operations, staff management and menu ideation incorporating local flavors. It is the second location to open in Florida, following the success of the original restaurant at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek. The menu boasts dishes that reflect the flavors of the Florida coast and offer a taste of Jupiter. Guests will enjoy freshly caught seafood, hand-cut steak and an extensive wine list. Menu highlights include Drunken Mussels, Seared Scallop Risotto and Ft. Pierce Line Caught Sword Fish.

Chef Op't Holt honed his culinary skills in a diverse range of kitchens across the country. He began his career under the direction of Chef Mychael Bonner at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises in Chicago, where he supported the opening of the new dining concept Saranello's. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
