MINNESOTA GARRISON, MN, March, 30, 2007. Christenson Development, Inc and American Resort Management, LLC, a premier Hotel, Resort and Indoor Water Park Management Company, today announced completion of a multi-year management agreement. The Mille Lacs Golf Resort & Marina is owned by Christenson Development, Inc.

The Resort is located just 90 miles north of the twin cities. Situated on 180 scenic acres on the western shore of the beautiful Lake Mille Lacs and just three minutes north of the Grand Casino at Mille Lacs, guests can take advantage of the surrounding outdoors activities such as hiking, boating, golfing fishing and hundreds of miles of snowmobile and ATV trail riding located outside of the door of luxurious rental homes. Amenities abound at the resort and the new 12,000 square foot clubhouse will feature an expanded restaurant, lounge, pro-shop and game room. Many new amenities for 2007 include; numerous new beautiful log cabins/homes, a 30 slip marina, boat launch, and a deluxe club house including a restaurant, bar, banquet space, and new Pro Shop all adjacent to the existing scenic golf course. The resort has already pre-sold and opened over 70 log homes and fairway villas featuring studio, 2 or 3 bedroom suites which are available for nightly rentals and are scenically situated within the resort's property. Many units feature breathtaking views of the challenging 18 hole golf course carved through a hardwood forest of Minnesota's lake country with mature fairways and pristine greens. Ground breaking is set to take place on new club house, marina and an additional 45 lake front condo/town homes scheduled to open in June of this year.
