BOULDER, CO. - June 1, 2015. St Julien Hotel & Spa, a distinguished member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts LVX Collection, a AAA Four-Diamond Property and a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Hotel, is proud to announce the acceptance of its head concierge, Ms. Lori Kashman, into Les Clefs d'Or USA, a prestigious organization of very select, and dedicated, hotel lobby concierges from around the world. Kashman is one of only two current members of Les Clefs d'Or in the Denver Metro area and just ten within the state.

Consisting of 650 members across 32 states in the U.S., Les Clefs d'Or, which is literally translated to "keys of gold," is comprised of select concierges across the world who are motivated by a genuine desire to serve and have a proven track record of providing excellent service to all. Les Clefs d'Or members have the honor of displaying the organization's international symbol, crossed gold keys, on their lapels. Concierges displaying the golden keys are certified to be seasoned professionals who have developed skills and contacts to open doors for guests around the world.

To become a member of the esteemed organization, concierges must be at least 21 years old and have at least five years of employment as a concierge. Candidates must have good moral character and have two member sponsors to begin the application process. Then, members must submit a lengthy, written test to Les Clefs d'Or. Ms. Kashman was sponsored by Carol Hooper and Troy Thibeault from The Little Nell in Aspen. In addition to meeting all foundational requirements, Ms. Kashman also speaks multiple languages and is an active volunteer in the Boulder community. Ms. Kashman was accepted into Les Clefs d'Or earlier this year and received her golden keys in May.
