HRI Lodging Names Patrick Vyncke as Director of Acquisitions and Development
NEW ORLEANS, LA. - June 4, 2015. HRI Lodging announced today that Patrick Vyncke has joined the company as Director of Acquisitions and Development. In this position, Patrick lends his experience in support of the fast-paced lodging growth the company is experiencing associated with its acquisition, development, and third-party-management pipeline.
Prior to joining HRI Lodging, Patrick served as Director of Acquisitions and Development at CSM Corporation based out of Minneapolis, MN. He also worked with Watermark Capital Partners to identify, underwrite and lead the transaction and due diligence process on the company's acquisitions.
Patrick's lodging and investment experience also includes time at American Property Hospitality Management, LLC. He is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
HRI, utilizing a $150 million investment of growth capital by Almanac Realty Investors, continues its focus on the development of urban mixed-use and redevelopment projects, acquisitions and national growth. Further, the capital provides HRI with the flexibility to enter into joint ventures with other institutional partners and property owners to create significant real estate value.
