MIAMI, FL - December 10, 2015 - The Marlin Hotel, a boutique hotel in the heart of Miami Beach on 12th Street and Collins Avenue, has completed the first phase of an overall multi-million dollar renovation. All 14 rooms and suites have been individually redesigned with custom furnishings and decor, each having its own unique style and characteristics. Miami-based hospitality group, MRK Collection, purchased the hotel in April 2015 with plans to expand to 32 rooms including a rooftop pool and fashion retail concept by late 2016.
