Splendid Hospitality Group Appoints Karen Johnston as General Manager for the Hotel Indigo Edinburgh
EDINBURGH, U.K. February 25, 2016 - Splendid Hospitality Group names Karen Johnston as General Manager of Hotel Indigo Edinburgh. Joining from the Mercure Hotel, Perth, Karen brings with her over 24 years of experience and will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to all their guests and introducing some new & interesting food and drink concepts.

The Hotel Indigo Edinburgh is located in the heart of the Scottish capital within walking distance of both Princes Street and Edinburgh castle. The hotel boasts 60 individually decorated rooms which are all designed with very best of style and comfort, fitted with double beds with luxurious Egyptian cotton linen. Set within a category A listed building dating back to the 18th century the hotel which was originally five residential properties and still retains some of the original features including a decorative stairwell and unique cupola.
