Miramonte Resort & Spa Names New Senior Sales Manager

INDIAN WELLS, CA. March 23, 2016 - Jodi Graham, a seasoned sales professional with more than 13 years of hospitality industry experience, has been named senior sales manager for Miramonte Resort & Spa, A Destination Hotel, an intimate desert retreat in the heart of Indian Wells.

In her new role, Graham - most recently the senior sales manager with Saguaro, a 244-room boutique hotel in Palm Springs - will handle group business for the 215-rooom, full service Miramonte Resort & Spa, concentrating on the health care, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer goods and retail markets.

According to Mike Teed, the director of sales and marketing for Miramonte Resort, Graham brings a highly successful track record in hospitality sales and will play an important role as the resort continues to focus on ramping up its group business market. “Jodi's considerable experience in the Coachella Valley - with both boutique and large convention hotels - is invaluable as we concentrate on positioning Miramonte, which recently completed $4 million in renovations to its public areas and guest rooms, as a prime desert destination for both leisure travelers and meetings guests,” Teed said.

In addition to her position with Saguaro Hotel, Graham was the director of sales for the 176-room Ace Hotel and Swim Club in Palm Springs, where she was promoted from senior sales manager and helped established the hotel as a premier boutique lifestyle resort for meetings. She was a travel director with Sportsmaker Group for the 2010 Olympic games and a sales manager for 512-room Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa, Rancho Mirage.

She studied at Kwantlen College in Richmond, British Columbia.
