PLAINFIELD, IL. JULY 27, 2016 - Cicero's Development Corp., a general contractor specializing in the hotel and hospitality sector, is helping welcome visitors to sunny Florida by completing the property-wide refresh of the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel in Melbourne, FL. for its client ONE Hospitality Group. The project features the refurbishment of 83 guest suites, along with the hotel's corridors and expansive public areas to achieve an inviting, modern space that reflects Melbourne's laid-back, beachfront attitude.

By utilizing its Renovationomix® method of renovation, Cicero's was able to complete the Melbourne project in less than six weeks. This highly compartmentalized approach to renovation allowed the Fairfield Inn & Suites to keep most floors open to guests so that hotel cashflow could be maintained with minimal guest interruption.

As part of the hotel's modern design aesthetic, guests rooms received new upholstered furniture, along with fresh paint on the walls showcasing rich hues as accents, and contemporary styled carpeting, artwork and 3-tier window shades.

In addition, the lobby was refreshed with a focal wall behind the front desk, and custom wall coverings and carpets throughout for an elegant yet contemporary guest experience. Steps away is the made-over Corner Market™ convenience store featuring new millwork, lighting and hardware. The hotel's spacious dining area, where complementary hot breakfast is served daily, received a complete renovation with the installation of a 20-foot communal table, graphics and signage, carpeting, wall coverings and a charming banquette-style seating cubby. Another highlight to the lobby refresh was the installation of an impressive box-out partition with LED lights and 3D wall panels that create a stunning visual effect.
