$15 million renovations and nearby brand-new restaurant experiences will bring unprecedented value-add to the Schaumburg community
Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is proud to announce all renovations to the hotel—including all guestrooms and over 28,000 square feet of event space—are complete and brand-new restaurant experiences nearby make this area a huge value-add to the real estate development of the soon-to-be mixed-use community. The renovations feature 468 modern, relaxing guestrooms and suites which include free internet access, HDTVs with premium channels, spacious livings areas, sofa sleeper, work desk and mini-fridge. Amenities include a state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center, convenient business center for guests on the go, heated indoor pool and whirlpool, outdoor pool, a beautifully landscaped outdoor patio and shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel.

What makes this hotel the most idyllic spot for guests is its proximity to fabulous restaurants and attractions in the nearby area. First Equity Group originally acquired the 15-acre site across the street from the Woodfield Mall with the intent to create four leasable pads for restaurants. Upon acquisition, the hotel property had one closed restaurant formerly known as the Living Room and Walter Payton's 34 Club.
Through a successful partnership with the Village of Schaumburg, the property now offers four completely zoned pads for a combination of sit-down restaurants and QSR that both hotel guests and city residents can enjoy.
Guests are just steps away from the Woodfield Mall and the much-anticipated opening in 2019 of City Works Eatery & Pour House, featuring 90 craft beers on draft, American cuisine with a twist and an upbeat atmosphere with state-of-the-art A/V and large outdoor patio. The new Schaumburg location will be the brand's first location in Illinois and eighth nationwide.
In addition, the hotel announces a new restaurant concept, Market Bowl.
