New Orleans One11 Hotel Appoints Lisa Miller as General Manager
ONE11 Hotel - the French Quarter's first new hotel in more than 50 years - is thrilled to announce the appointment of seasoned industry expert and New Orleans local Lisa Miller as the General Manager. In this new role, Miller will oversee day-to-day operations of this 83-room boutique hotel, which was transformed from a former sugar refinery located on New Orleans Historic Sugar District Waterfront.
With more than 18 years in the hospitality industry, Miller brings her expertise in driving sales while maintaining a strong retention of return guests and customer loyalty, effective communication and well-rounded leadership skills to lead the team at ONE11 Hotel. Miller has been a part of the property's unique story since before opening in December 2020.
With her passion for service and leadership, Miller has built a strong skillset throughout her 14-year tenure with The Ritz-Carlton properties across New Orleans, New York City and Washington D.C., having risen through the ranks from Front Office Supervisor to Travel Industry Sales Manager. In 2014, Miller was awarded the Top Producing Transient Revenue Excellence Award from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for her incredible sales efforts that year. Prior to joining the ONE11 Hotel team, Miller was the Hotel Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing at The Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery in New Orleans.
