The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills Appoints Matthew Ross as Director of Food and Beverage
The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Ross as Director of Food and Beverage of the iconic Los Angeles hotel. In this role, Ross will oversee all culinary and beverage operations for signature restaurant Boxwood, the Lobby Bar, the rooftop pool and in-room dining, as well as all onsite events. Ross joins The London West Hollywood as a seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of industry experience, bringing invaluable leadership and a strong history of proven results to his new role.

The London West Hollywood will be familiar territory for Ross, a Los Angeles native and graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Prior to joining The London, Ross was Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. Previous to that, he was the Director of Food and Beverage Operations at The Farmer's Daughter Hotel in Los Angeles. Ross has also held the role of Restaurant Operations and Strategy Consultant for LA-based nightclubs, as well as the General Manager role of the LA Food Show/ California Pizza Kitchen in Beverly Hills and Woodland Hills. Ross resides in West Hollywood and in his spare time enjoys hiking, weight training, and painting and is currently writing a historical fiction novel.
