Opportunity Returns for Global Hotel Revenue Teams

Global Revenue Forum Launches for Industry Shaping Debate and Transformational Leadership

United Kingdom, London, England. January 19, 2023

The hotel industry's leading revenue influencers have collaborated to form the first commercially-focused hybrid event to enable hoteliers to adapt to new market conditions and shape the direction of revenue management.

On Tuesday 31 January 2023, the founders of three in-person events held in London, Milan and Stockholm joined forces to launch the virtual Global Revenue Forum 2023 delivering a live feed of keynote speakers and hotelier presentations from across the three events.

The in-person events will run in parallel to each other: Opportunity 2023 - Catalyst for Conversion in London will explore revenue management across the customer journey and is hosted by Revenue by Design; Hotel Revenue Forum in Milan is hosted by Hotel Performance with leading revenue management strategies on the agenda; and Revenue Forum in Stockholm by Taktikon will address revenue management for visionaries.

Over 1,500 commercial leaders, digital marketing and revenue management specialists will come together in-person and virtually for unrivalled networking to explore commercial opportunities, revenue management strategies, and how to optimise the customer journey.

Hotel leaders speaking at the event include:

Fernando Vives, CCO of NH Hotels

Suzie Thompson Commercial VP of award-winning Red Carnation Hotels

Kurt Macher of Shangri-La Hotel

Susanna Andersson from Visit Sweden

Dario Artiola of Radisson Hotel Group,

and many more.

The keynote presentations include renowned web psychologist Nathalie Nahai who will be unravelling the psychology of consumers online, and consumer neuroscientist Kai-Markus Mueller giving insight to pricing and value optimisation.

"We'll be joined by innovators, opinion makers, pricing experts and behavioural researchers to uncover how to attract the most valuable guest," said Ally Northfield, founder and CEO of Revenue by Design. "The event has been designed to facilitate discussion that challenges, provokes, and shapes profitability - which is much needed as the entire industry adapts to digital shopping and changes in consumer behaviour."

The topics and themes will explore optimising conversion and booking value, getting the price right, new guest segments, technology and the role of automation versus recruitment, data sources implicit to success and reducing revenue loss.

"Hoteliers can come along and rub shoulders with like-minded professionals to really discover best practice in our digital world, and listen to transformational thought leadership from a host of revenue visionaries that is helping to further our industry," said Annemarie Gubanski, founder and director of Takitkon.

The Global Revenue Forum is a live online webcast, priced at €49 each per delegate.

"We've focused on making this event accessible, and be part of the most influential gathering of revenue professionals. We have a stellar lineup of commercial leaders and hoteliers ready to share fantastic insights," said Emanuele Nardin, founder and director of Hotel Performance.

The event is supported by Platinum Plus sponsor IDeaS RMS and Platinum sponsor Oaky, as well as a host of Gold, Silver and Bronze partners including OTA Insight, SHR Europe, Duetto, and a number of media partners like RaizUp, HOSPA, Funnel TV and Charity Partner - Room to Reward.
