Hyatt Place Phoenix/downtown Welcomes Danielle Klus as General Manager
Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown, a 238-room premier hotel managed by Pacific Hospitality Group, announces that Danielle Klus has joined their leadership team as General Manager. Klus will oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure guests experience best-in-class service that the Hyatt Place brand is known for.
Klus joins the team with nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, having held various roles in operations, food and beverage and more. She most recently was Director of Operations at Hyatt Regency Phoenix, where she spearheaded all rooms, as well as food and beverage operations, financial controls, quality assurance and customer service for the hotel.
