Saddlebrook Resort Welcomes Raj Mohan as Managing Director
Saddlebrook Resort, a historic hub for professional tennis and golf training since the late 1970s in greater Tampa, Florida, has appointed Raj Mohan as its new managing director. Managed by Benchmark Resorts & Hotels®, part of the independent collection of Pyramid Global Hospitality, Saddlebrook Resort is entering an exciting phase of transformation with Mohan's leadership at the helm.
Mohan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in managing hospitality projects from concept to execution, and his leadership will be instrumental in the resort's upcoming renovation. His extensive background includes overseeing operations at renowned establishments such as PARQ Vancouver where he managed Canada's largest integrated hospitality complex and casino, The Ritz-Carlton Aruba where he directed food & beverage operations and oversaw the launch of new restaurants and convention spaces, and held key roles at Marriott International properties across the globe, including China, Aruba, Jamaica and Hong Kong. Mohan has successfully led new opening projects, conversions, renovations, and repositioning efforts, making him a perfect fit for Saddlebrook's transformative journey.
In his new role at Saddlebrook, Mohan will oversee the comprehensive renovation of the resort, including the redesign of the Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses and the upgrade of guest rooms, meeting spaces and overall landscaping. His experience in hospitality project management will ensure that Saddlebrook Resort continues to provide exceptional guest experiences while honoring its rich legacy.
"We are excited to welcome Raj to the Saddlebrook team," His expertise and vision will be invaluable as we embark on this significant renovation.
