Tony Kinnear Recognized with Ambassador of Hospitality Award

JUNE 6, 2008. Wheaton, Illinois resident Tony Kinnear, regional V.P. of operations for Millennium Hotels and Resorts and general manager of Chicago's Knickerbocker Hotel, receives the Ambassador of Hospitality award from the Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association President and CEO Marc Gordon.
Selected for his outstanding leadership and high level of excellence in the Illinois hospitality industry, Kinnear has been in the hotel industry for over 30 years, working in hotels in New York, Philadelphia, England, France and Bahrain. Kinnear has worked for Millennium Hotels and Resorts since 1996.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, is a member of SKAL International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals and is a fellow of the British Hotel Catering Institute Management Association.
