PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL, October 11, 2005. Sterling Resorts has signed an exclusive agreement with Bay Point Resort in Bay Point, Fla., which grants guests staying at all Sterling-managed vacation condominium properties in Panama City Beach membership access at Bay Point Resort. Beginning in spring 2006, guests checking in at all Sterling Resorts-managed properties in Panama City Beach will receive a membership card that can be used throughout their stay to obtain significant discounts on Bay Point Resort's spa services, dining and championship golf. Sterling Resorts managed properties include Sterling Reef, Sterling Beach, and other select condominium rental units at properties such as En Soleil, The Princess and Coral Reef. Three new Sterling-managed properties Shores of Panama, Splash! and Grand Panama Beach Resort are scheduled to open in 2006.
