The Landings St. Lucia, Unveils New Suites, Fine Dining Restaurant and Amenities

OCTOBER 30, 2008. The Landings St. Lucia, A RockResort, will unveil its second phase this December 2008, featuring new accommodations, an additional restaurant, pools, tennis courts and other amenities.
December's Phase Two opening will incorporate 60 additional one-, two-, and three-bedroom villa suites, bringing the resort's total suite count to 122. Each spacious accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen and two large balconies or landscaped terrace, many with heated, jetted plunge pools. The Landings will also introduce a resort boutique, two tennis courts, an adult-only serenity pool and a family-friendly pool, bringing the total pool count to three.
The resort's new fine dining restaurant, The Palms, will be located in the grand entrance pavilion and will feature the latest in culinary trends. Guests will be able to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating, a chef's tasting menu and an extensive wine list. Private dining will be available for small parties Currently, the resort offers two restaurants including The Beach Club (formerly known as The Yacht Haven) and The Viscount Lounge, featuring premium wines and spirits, a tapas menu and commanding views.
The Landings St. Lucia opened in December 2007 as the most luxurious full-service resort of its size on the island. The Landings, which spans 19 acres and nearly 800 feet of the island's most stunning beachfront, is opening in four phases and will have 231 suites once complete in 2010. The all-suite resort offers a private yacht harbor, arrival pavilion, water sports concession and an indigenous 7,000 square-foot RockResorts Spa offering more than 40 rejuvenating treatments.
