Eden Rock Compltes Upgrade
ST. BARTHELEMY, October 19, 2005. Eden Rock, the Relais & Chateaux Resort on the French West Indian island of St Barth'elemy, has completed its 10 million Euro programme of expansion and refurbishment.
With the ambitious refurbishment completed, Eden Rock now features 31 suites and villas. From the end of November, Frangipani Villa, Waterlily, Orchid, Jasmin and Ixora Houses, and Sea Grapes and Fleur de Lys Suites, will all be ready to welcome visitors.
The villas, suites and houses, all with views over the bay, have been built on the site of the old Filao Beach Hotel, next door to Eden Rock. All the new rooms have been individually decorated under the direction of English owners David and Jane Matthews. Room rates start from EUR475 per night.
