Tyson boasts an extensive background in the hospitality industry, with experience in floral, catering, event directing, menu planning and meetings coordination. She comes to The Westin Beach Resort, Fort Lauderdale after holding key catering sales positions at The Westin New York at Times Square, as well as Dean & Deluca Gourmet Catering, The Catering Company and One51 Restaurant and Club. Most recently, Tyson served as senior catering sales manager at The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa and the Diplomat Golf & Spa in nearby Hollywood, Fla.
