Spencer Dowdle Joins Bay Point Marriott Resort as General Manager
BAY POINT, FL, November 23, 2005. Bay Point Marriott Resort announced today the appointment of Spencer Dowdle as its new general manager. In this role, Dowdle will be responsible for overseeing the resort's day-to-day operations.
With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dowdle most recently served as director of the rooms division at Woodlands Resort and Conference Center in Woodlands, Texas, where he oversaw operations relating to the property's 440 guest rooms.

Dowdle received a bachelor's degree in from the University of Utah. He also is a certified hotel administrator through the American Hotel & Motel Association's Educational Institute.
