. October 14, 2008

FORT WORTH, TX, March 15, 2006. Next month, Allegiance Hospitality Corp. will finalize the renovation of two of its hotels in Fort Worth, TX, both of which will become Radissons upon completion. Each of the properties is currently flying the Holiday Inn flag and both are 21 years old. Both also have 247 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and more than 12,000 sf of conference space.

The hotels are being renovated at a combined cost of $12 million. The renovations are specifically focusing on making the hotels more marketable to the business traveler. As a result, work has targeted guestroom comforts and business conveniences. Plans called for the installation of new carpeting, new furniture, Radisson's Sleep Number Beds, granite bathroom countertops and new lighting and fixtures. The hotels' athletic facilities are also being upgraded, as are conference rooms and restaurants. The lobbies are also being extensively redone.

Prism Hotels manages both assets for Allegiance.
