Marriott Residence Inn in Dallas Completes Renovations
JUNE 22, 2009 - The Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Park Central hotel announced the completion of a full-scale $2.3 million property renovation that places a strong focus on travelers' needs. The transformation encompasses Marriott's upscale standards in all areas of the hotel including guest suites, meeting rooms and public areas.
Newly designed to meet the growing needs of extended-stay travelers with an emphasis on comfort and technology, the hotel features oversized studio, one- and two-bedroom suites, and indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to work, eat, relax and play.

All 139 newly-renovated suites, accented in tones of cream and red, offer the latest Marriott bedding with plush mattress and high quality triple sheeting, new carpeting, and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The upgrade also includes in-suite enhancements such as high-definition, flat-screen LCD television and complimentary wireless Internet access.
The Gatehouse(R), a unique space where guests can work or relax at their own pace, received new flooring, wall coverings, flat-screen LCD televisions, and granite countertops. Complimentary WiFi is available in the Gatehouse area along with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet. Guests can mix and mingle at evening socials in inviting outdoor spaces that also feature a Sport Court(R), pool, heated whirlpool, and barbecue area.
The full-scale property transformation also includes updates to the lobby, business center, meeting rooms, and fitness center.
