AUGUST 4, 2009 - Radisson Suites Hotel Covina announces the grand opening of Hamilton's Steak House, an upscale Covina dining option for hotel guests and area residents. The new restaurant is located in the hotel at 1211 East Garvey Street in Covina, California and serves lunch and dinner.
Hamilton's Steak House delivers a classic, welcoming atmosphere and a menu focused on extensive wine service, the highest quality beef and seafood, and fanciful but never fussy appetizers. The signature steaks feature only USDA Prime Black Angus beef, seasoned simply and broiled to perfection at 1600 degrees.
Guests hoping to start the meal with a fun, flavorful bite love the unusual Schezuan Lollipops, chicken tulips dressed in a fragrant schezuan pepper sauce. Crab cakes with cilantro aioli and fresh papaya relish are another favorite.
Hamilton's Steak House complements the menu with a private cellar featuring a who's who of award-winning wines and wine producers from California, Italy, France and others. Staff expertly pair each guest's meal with the perfect pour upon request. Live entertainment is provided on weekend evenings.
Corporate Executive Chef Sherie DiBernardo oversees the menu and operations at Hamilton's Steak House. Chef DiBernardo has quickly amassed an impressive career in hotel fine dining, earning the title of Executive Chef at The St. Regis Los Angeles and the Le Meridien Beverly Hills. DiBernardo also served on the opening team for an additional St. Regis in Laguna Beach and the Sheraton Grand in Sacramento. After three years as Executive Chef for Matisse Restaurant and Catering in Manhattan Beach, Chef DiBernardo has joined the team at Hamilton's Steak House while continuing her duties with Matisse.
