Lisa Palermo Appointed Exec Chef of Carnegie House

August 3, 2010 - Hospitality Asset Management Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Palermo to Executive Chef of the Carnegie House, a Boutique Hotel, located in the Toftrees area of State College, PA.

Lisa joins the Carnegie House with extensive experience having served as Executive Chef of the 5 star Grand Bay Hotel and the Sheraton Design Center Hotel in Florida. She also was the Executive Chef and General Manager of the Sonny Bono Restaurant in Palm Springs, CA. Most recently, Lisa was the Executive Chef for Java Catering at Penn State University.
As an active participant in culinary events and food show competitions, Chef Palermo has earned numerous honors including the “Critics Choice Award” and “Best in Show” in Miami, and the Penn State Emerald Award.
Lisa is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America having first achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design from the Design Institute of San Diego, California.
