ADA Expert Kathleen Henderson Appointed as Contributing Editor to the Hotel Business Review

Ms. Henderson litigates and provides counsel on government regulatory compliance, employment law, and disability access and accommodation to clients in a variety of industries. In addition to her interest in the hospitality industry, Ms. Henderson is chair of King & Ballow's Healthcare Practice and edits King & Ballow's WebLINE, an online service delivering information for providers on issues and challenges facing providers, including employment and compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act laws and regulations. Ms. Henderson graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps. She has lived across the U.S. and overseas, including Japan, Europe, Africa and Iraq. After receiving her law degree from Samford University, she clerked for U.S. Magistrate T. Michael Putnam and later worked as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor, representing the Secretary in a variety of employment law matters.
