Tom Ballance Named President and COO of Atlantic City's Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - October 15, 2012 - Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa today announced that Tom Ballance has been named President and Chief Operating Officer, pending regulatory approval.
Ballance currently serves as Borgata's Senior Vice President of Administration. He will report to Bob Boughner, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer of Boyd Gaming Corporation, who has served as President of Borgata for several years.
Ballance joined Borgata as Vice President of Development in 1998. Prior to joining Borgata, he spent 17 years at Harrah's Atlantic City in a variety of operations and development positions.
