Interval Promotes Michelle Duchamp to AVP, Sales - Business Development

MARCH 22, 2007. Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company and operating business of IAC/InterActiveCorp (Nasdaq: IACI), announced the promotion of Michelle DuChamp to assistant vice president, sales - business development. She reports to David Gilbert, executive vice president of resort sales and marketing for the Americas.

In her new role, Michelle will continue to direct the promotion and sales of Interval Resort and Financial Services (IRFS), Interval Data Services, and other developer products and services. She also will manage the Bank of America point-of-sale credit card program, an affiliate advantage that offers the Interval WorldPoints(R) Visa(R) Card to new vacation ownership buyers.

"Michelle has been a tremendous asset in the resort sales and service and business development departments during her tenure at Interval," said Gilbert. "I am confident that she will continue to make a significant impact in the success of these areas with the knowledge and experience she brings to her expanded role."

Michelle joined Interval International in 1998 as Northeast region manager in the resort sales and service department and has since held several positions of increasing responsibility. She was promoted to director in 2001, where she managed three of Interval's five Eastern region territories, including Eastern Canada, Northeast/Midwest, and Southeast United States, and transitioned into business development sales in 2005. Previously, she was an underwriter at Heller Financial, Inc.'s vacation ownership group.

Michelle has been a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) for more than eight years. She is a registered resort professional (RRP), the resort timeshare industry's highest individual designation. She is also a former Chair of the Static Pool Analysis Task Force and has served on the ARDA Finance Committee's Chart of Accounts Sub-Committee. Currently, she is a member of ARDA New England, ARDA Midwest, and ARDA Carolinas. Additionally, she is a participant in the Virginia Resort Development Association (VRDA) and the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA).

She received a bachelor of science in business administration from Texas A & M University with a major in accounting and a focus on international business. She is also a certified public accountant.
