Elaine Kum New Director of Sales and Marketing at Pan Pacific Singapore
November 25, 2014 - Pan Pacific Singapore has appointed Elaine Kum as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this new role, Elaine will be leading the Sales and Marketing team of this 790-room hotel, Pan Pacific Hotel Group's largest property, located in the heart of Marina Bay. Apart from managing MICE, Group Rooms, Catering Sales and Event Services, she will oversee Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising.
An alumna of Northumbria University with a Bachelor of Marketing Management, Elaine's 24 year career in the hospitality industry began shortly after graduation when she joined the Royal Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza's Front Office. Elaine developed her career through a series of appointments with luxury hotels including Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, Sheraton Towers Singapore, and most recently, Singapore Marriott Hotel where she oversaw the Sales, Catering and Marketing teams as Director of Marketing.
