In this position, Seger will be responsible for all of the hotel's food service operations including five on-property restaurants and overseeing room service as well as playing a key role in facilitating resort events, weddings and corporate meetings.

Seger joins Windjammer Landing following his tenure with Hyatt Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida, where he has served as Director of Food and Beverage since 2012. Prior to Hyatt Coconut Point Resort, Seger was Director of Food and Beverage at several other well-renown and high-end properties, including: Haig Point Resort & Golf Club in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Canyon Ranch Health Resort & Spa in Lenox, Massachusetts; and the Renaissance Grand Beach Resort in St. Thomas.
