Crestline Names Marlin Keranen and Dimitri Lourbas to GM Posts

MCLEAN, VA, September 14, 2006. Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Marlin Keranen as General Manager for The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg, VA. The 303 guest room hotel, with 17,505 square feet of conference space, was acquired earlier this month by Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC. Trinity appointed Crestline Hotels & Resorts as the management company. The Crowne Plaza Williamsburg was recently renovated and enjoys a resort-like location and amenities. It is conveniently located only one-half mile from Colonial Williamsburg.

Mr. Keranen joins Crestline Hotels from the Holiday Inn on King in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he was vice president/general manager. He brings extensive hospitality industry management experience that spans three decades. In addition to his prior position in Toronto, Mr. Keranen has also managed Sheraton, Hilton, and Radisson Hotels and held various positions with John Q. Hammons Hotels, Inc. and Ramada Corporation.

"Marlin brings an extensive track record of excellent hotel management and performance skills," said Dave Durbin, President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts. "Under his leadership we anticipate positive improvements in guest service and satisfaction at this property, as well as strong returns for our owners," added Durbin.

Mr. Keranen served in the U.S. Army from 1969 -1972 working for the Army Security Association (ASA). He holds numerous industry certifications including CPFM -- Certified Hotel Administrator. He has been an active participant in the hospitality industry having recently chaired both the Toronto Entertainment District Association (TEDA) and the Toronto Entertainment Marketing Committee and was an active member of Tourism Toronto serving on both the Board and Marketing Committee. Also, Crestline Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Dimitri Lourbas as General Manager for The Crowne Plaza Englewood, NJ. The upscale 194 guest room hotel recently completed a renovation. It was acquired earlier this month by Trinity Hotel Investors, LLC, which then appointed Crestline Hotels & Resorts as the management company. The Crowne Plaza Englewood includes 6,588 square feet of meeting space and is conveniently located in suburban NJ, only 15 miles from Manhattan and seven miles from the Meadowlands.

Mr. Lourbas joins Crestline Hotels from Sheraton Hotels of New York, where he served as guest services manager. Mr. Lourbas brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience having held management positions with the Hilton Woodcliff Lake, NJ; The Mirage Resort and Casino, Las Vegas; the Hotel InterContinental, Miami; and Bally's Las Vegas.

Mr. Lourbas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
